Moms With Moves is your chance to step out of “Mom Mode” and back into YOU. This high-energy adult dance class is all about confidence, movement, fun, and letting loose—no dance experience required. Learn fun choreography, work up a sweat, and dance alongside an amazing community of women in a judgment-free space. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling confident, energized, and reminded that you’re still HER. All levels welcome. Just bring your energy! 💕
